The Beachcomber is a charming place to stay. It hearkens back to the roadside motels with individual doors into each suite, but it's not old and musty - it's fresh and clean and RIGHT ON THE BEACH. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lori at the front desk was helpful with places to eat,we tried the 3 she suggested all were great. Are room looked rite on the beach, they lit a fire on the beach every night. We will definitely go back and stay here again.

Easy to get to location within walking distance of ferry dock. Front desk attendant was friendly, check in easy, simple accommodations but had everything we needed for a trip to the island. Beds were comfortable. Reasonably priced.

This property was very close to the ferry. Beach was beautiful and the caretakers were wonderful. Rooms were very nice and very affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is extremely well kept. We enjoyed the nightly fire by the beach. The manager was helpful answering all our questions and making recommendations. The room was small but worked for just the two of us.

The manager of the property was amazing. They also have a ferry shuttle that will pick you up and take you to the dock and back to the hotel which was amazing!

Beachcomber was a great choice. Wonderful view from our room, access to the beach and great swimming. Bonfire in the evening was a great surprise. Laurie, the manager, was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat, activities on Mackinac Island and how to save money.
