Bathroom shower drain was very slow draining the outdoor carpet needs to be replace very dirt someone can trip and fall wall paper in rooms and bathroom need to be fix or replaced some pillow case weren’t clean to good these things can be fix if owners work with staff other then that great location good luck learning to work tv

Room was unexpectedly beautiful and stylish. I didn't have a waterfront view, and that's my only complaint. None of the hotels appear to be full in mid-September, but my "courtyard view" was actually facing the very close wall of another hotel. I don't understand why hotels don't give their best rooms to people who book in the off season if those rooms are empty. What do they have to lose, other than making the customer go "WOW" when they got a room they didn't expect??? Seems like a smart marketing strategy to me... Parking was no problem, room was clean, bathroom was nice, staff were great.

Room was ok. There were a lot of bugs in room but that was no one’s fault. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean. Was ok for a short stay. Was conviently located to shops and restaurants. Everything was in walking distance.

It could have used some updating, and our screen sliding door had rips (lots of mosquitos). We got in late and didn't get to use the pool or hot tub (but it looked nice). We did have a room with spectacular view, and that really made everything worth it. Staff was friendly/helpful. I would stay again because the location was really everything, but can't quite give it a 5.

Super 8 by Wyndham Mackinaw City/Beachfront Area is a budget-friendly option in a very tourist-heavy location. You’re paying for the proximity to the water and the convenience of being close to ferries and downtown Mackinaw City, and in that sense, it delivers. What I liked: The location is the biggest win. Being near the beach and just a short walk from the main attractions makes it easy to get around without much hassle. The price is also competitive compared to many other hotels in the area, especially during peak season. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. If you’re just using the room as a place to sleep while you explore, it works well enough. What I didn’t like: No continental breakfast, even though many reviews and the listing stated this was included. The ferry tickets can be bought on site, but they are for the less popular Arnold Ferry. Overall, it's a convenient, affordable stay near the beach and main attractions.

Don’t in early spring bug hatch is terrible!! And they won’t refund you ! Only good thing was bed was fairly comfortable!! Furniture old and delapidated, toilet took a very long time to refill. Balcony was too scary to step out on! Even if there were no Mitch flies!! Parking was a problem ! Not enough spaces! Place has definitely out lasted its time! Don’t waste your money!!
