The staff were very friendly. The location is very close to campus. The price is VERY reasonable. However, the property needs a lot of work, inside and out. The AC unit rattles, the blinds were tattered, the shower curtain needs to be replaced, the tile was cracked, everything is dated, and so on.

Room was clean and comfortable. Heat/cool worked fine. The bathroom was adequate, but tub old and needs higher safety handlebars to step out of the tub. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The beverage vending machines were empty. Had to ask for bottled water at the front desk. This is an older hotel but has reasonable rates.

This was OK for an overnight stay. It definitely needs some maintenance, but it was overall clean. The whirpool tub was nice for a soak, but we didn’t run the motor because it was unbelievably loud. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with some hot food items. The staff was quick with check-in and available.

The air conditioner made a knocking noise all night. The bathtub would not drain the bathroom door would not close and lock. The vending machine would only take quarters and several of them were empty. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. positives: The staff was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

stayed on Tuesday June 2, girl working at night made eye contact with me and smiled every time in exited or entered building. staff after her hardly looked up from whatever they were doing. Breakfast was great. only problems were: pool was down for repairs, ice machine was broken on first floor, and treadmill was broke. I don't know how long they were down, but 3 major things at the same time? could have been a coincidence.

This older motel is badly in need of a complete renovation. The facilities were barely adequate with the shower, toilet and bathroom door needing service and repair. The staff was attentive, and the breakfast was very good. My favorite part was the warm baked goods with which we were treated daily!
