We stayed in other Ibis Styles hotels before and this one was not a great experience. The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. The general stay was OK but not the best for the same hotels chain.

Dirty on entrance with debris on floor. Lift was out of service, Room smelt musty, air conditioning did a banging noise and vibration all night, room dirty and very dusty. Staff struggled their shoulders when I ask to speak to a manager and no other rooms available. Breakfast was very basic. No shampoo/body wash in shower

Un Personnel très accueillant.

L'accueil est très bon, la déco est correcte, la literie est bonne, mais les chambres sont bruyantes : porte mal insonorisée, cloisons et planchers également, bruits de canalisations. Le côté rue, malgré les doubles fenêtres, rajoute au mauvais confort acoustique...mais je suis peut-être trop exigeant, venant d'un environnement ultra calme. Mention bien pour le petit déjeuner.

Not an Ibis-hotel to be proud of.

This is not the best Ibis-hotel in France. Beds and breakfast is OK, but rooms are very small, Even though our room vas bigger than most. AirCondition did not work. It was hot outside, and We did not get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was not very helpful and We gave up and opened the Windows instead. The safe did not work, but she did not believe us. We then asked for a restaurant- recommendation, but she just pointet down to the Town senter. We will not stay here again.

Séjour vraiment sympathique dans une ville que nous ne connaissions pas, hôtel sympathique, le buffet du pdj se trouve vraiment bien, a volonté, chambre peut-être un peux petite... mais sinon tout était bien, le service de réception sont top ne pas hésiter à demander a découvrir des restaurants typiques.

Très agréable. Bon choix sur le secteur

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout commence par un accueil agréable, souriant et efficace. Ma chambre était confortable, extrêmement bien insonorisé alors qu’elle était situé en rez de chaussé côté rue. Les fenêtres sont bien floutée, je m’y suis senti a l’aise tout de suite. Petit plus appréciable: une bouteille d’eau et même un petit sachet de bonbons !! On sent l’envi de faire plaisir aux clients. Dans le hall d’accueil il y a des boissons chaudes a disposition. Le petit déjeuner était très correct. Pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtels dans le secteur je recommande celui ci et y reviendrais les certainement.

Great place, the room we got was super cozy, well decorated and spacious for the 2 of us + our kid. Loads of small attentions : complimentary bottled water and treats, some coloring for the kid, it’s great. Would defo stay again. The outdoors pool is super nice with table and long chairs around to chill.

Wrong garage!

Drove into garage marked with hotel name, but were trapped there. Had to call hotel, then get locked out and walk down street to reseption, then get tokens to get back into wrong garage and get car out. Check in before parking!
