The KnightPlace is an acre compound consisting of a duplex & small cottage with off-street parking available. Perfect for Mercer graduate students, interns, residents, travel nurses and other traveling workers who need to be close to downtown who travel alone. Nearby areas are rough but this property has high visibility and is well lit. Due to the location of Mercer University, this area of Macon is improving. Mercer Village has many great places to eat, and it’s very close to downtown. NOT suitable for children, pets, or parties. Owner has severe pet allergy.
