Staff struggled their shoulders when I ask to speak to a manager and no other rooms available. Breakfast was very basic. No shampoo/body wash in shower "

"The Staff are extremely helpful and polite. We dined in the restaurant and the food is excellent too, our waiter was extremely polite and helpful to us being limited with our ability to speak conversational French language, so I much thank him for his patience "
