"The air was very damp and smelled like mold. There was indeed some black mold on the shower curtain and on the window curtain. Everything felt slightly damp in the room including our pillows. It was therefore extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We woke up in the morning feeling nausea presumably because of the disgusting air. "Every single staff member was warm and welcoming. The hotel is well-maintained and the room was very clean. The Japanese toilet in the room was a nice amenity, and toiletries were also available on the bathroom counter. The bed was comfortable and I like the different lighting options you can use.
