Serenity and rest is what you want for a good vacation!

With all the comfort and good taste, the Achada I, is close to the city center of Funchal, in a residential area where mostly families live.
This spacious apartment has three bedrooms, a pleasant living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The house stands out for the nice terrace, where you can enjoy your meals, made in the barbecue area (shared) of the condominium.
With a simple and careful decoration, this house has a maximum capacity for six people.
The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a free parking space.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
This apartment is in a residential area, in Caminho da Achada, near the city of Funchal. Its location allows you to move easily to any place in the city or island, with close access to the highway that connects the east, west and north of the island.
Nearby you will find a few cafes, snack-bars and small grocery stores. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive away.

TRANSPORT
The best option to reach the house is the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport!

The flat was bright, clean and spacious but a bit far out of the centre of town if you do not have a car. The distance was not so much of a problem but it was up a very steep hill.

The appartment was fine, spacious with nice decorations, you have everything you need at the kitchen. Close to the center. Has a nice gym downstairs. Parking space in the garage which was very convenient. But the wardrobes had a strong smell of mold, so we were not able to store anything there. If you not open them and don’t use them, it’s ok.

The apartment was well presented and clean. Is located near to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Short walk down the hill to the centre (if you enjoy the walking). Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and equipped kitchen and sitting room. The apartment also has a nice patio area with gardening furniture that I used for my coffee mornings and morning sun tans😊. There is also a BBQ area that can be used by booking and a garage with 1 space located, but other spaces available on the roadIf you are into gym you can use it for a short fee. I founded easy to book, check in and out. The team were great in keeping contact and support on our needs. The only feedback is the keys for the condominio double glaze doors are stiff and hard to open, perhaps something that needs checking before someone gets locked out. Overall excellent experience.

A casa é grande e muito cómoda. Tem tudo e está bem perto do centro do Funchal e das vias de acesso ao resto da ilha. Tem um páteo extraordinário. Só as camas é que são muito duras.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament, dobrze położony. Zarówno do zwiedzania wyspy jak i samego Funchal. Blisko restauracje, sklepy. Brak zmywarki, ale myślę, że to nie problem. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu, ale na ulicy również sporo bezpłatnych miejsc do parkowania. Sąsiedzi normalni mimo, że nie zawsze było u nas cicho.

No geral foi uma boa experiência, a reverem: cama de casal muito desconfortável e barulhenta, ferro de engomar avariado (fez faisca quando ligámos e desligou o quadro. um perigo !), tampa do interruptor da luz da casa de banho (banheira) sempre a cair, suporte das toalhas de rosto solto e a cair.
