"Beautiful property, the yard is amazing and the view of the bay is wonderful. So peaceful, serene, close to different lakes and ocean viewpoints. Home is great with large windows, stocked kitchen, homey, comfortable, clean, great deck, great badminton net out back, lots of outdoor seating, queen bed upstairs beside the kitchen, pull out couch in living room. There is a self-contained lower level that isn't accessible from the main level, you need to go down stairs from outside the living room down patio stairs, or from the front of the house, it has 3 beds and a toilet and sink, great for my older kids but I wouldn't recommend for smaller kids if the parents slept upstairs due to the access being through the outside. I would highly recommend this home and we will 100% come back!"

"The property was pretty much as advertised. Quite clean and quaint. The hosts were away, but checking in was quite smooth regardless. The hosts might want to cut back some of the greenery and make sure coffee is available. There was a machine, but I couldn’t find any coffee. You get some view of the harbour overall it’s very quiet. I would say worth the price. This was very last-minute for me but everything worked."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The sauna and cold plunge was a favorite. The place was clean and had a fairly well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the trees and quiet and a beautiful location where we could go for walks and day trips from. Thank you so much!!"

Vacation Rental Suite with Private Hot Tub

"super clean and had everything you needed to have a wonderful experience. Felt like home but better - no chores. Super clean hot tub and private deck with peekaboo view of the harbour - BUT you cannot walk to any water from here without going on super busy highway. There are many place you can drive to. If you just wanted a walk around the neighbourhood- it is walkable and lots of friendly neighbours along the route. There was a BBQ and propane and literally everything else you can think of was availale to make this a great place to be and stay. Very nice"

Waterview Architectural Gem - Romantic Seclusion!

"We had an amazing stay at The Perch! Very relaxing time and a great escape away from it all. This property has a very private feel, you're in amongst all the trees and nature - very serene. Would 100% recommend staying here, it was a treat! Thank you."
