"A comfortable and well-equipped rental. It had everything imaginable in terms of kitchenware, recreational materials (games, cards), tourist brochures, cleaning materials, and bathroom supplies. The tourist information was solely in French as well as all instructions for the use of appliances. We highly recommend an English version, especially for the appliances, for those who have little to no French. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the owner about charges for linen and towels. "Nous avons passé un très bon week-end 15 personnes dans le gîte de Jean-Paul. Il se trouve face à l’église dans un petit village très calme. Le fait que chaque chambre ait sa salle de bain apporte beaucoup de confort. La cuisine est peu vestuste et manque de rangement pour les courses mais on s’adapte ! "I stayed here for a week as a base for the Tour de France in the Massif Central. This is a family style house and perfect for a stay in the area. Clean, modern, with everything needed. The garden and terrace are lovely.in the evening. The owners are very lovely couple - little English spoken but no problem - they have an amazing speaking translation appli. "Bonjour,Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,dans un cadre exceptionnel. Dépaysement assuré par cette vaste végétation et ce lac au abord de ce petit chalet. L'ombre des grands arbres nous a permis de supporter la canicule. "The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise fine.."
