"My wife and I were celebrating our third anniversary and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly in our room was very clean. However, there is some deferred maintenance on a few parts of the resort that they seem to be working on and improving at a gradual pace so you’ll see some of that however, the location is awesome. We were able to just go over to the Highport Marina and rent a boat and go out on the lake. Once they do all their upgrades I can give them a five star on their maintenance and upkeep it is an older resort so that’s part of the nostalgia Work on their breakfast buffet items and make them a little bit fresher. Also, they have a tower that has a bar called whiskey bar at the top of the observation deck, which is amazing to see the sunset. Also, I do want to give extra recognition to Wendy and Dylan at work behind front desk, they were able to take care of us very well. They were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back there because of them. We live in Dallas Texas, so it’s not too far of a drive for us so we just found a new close to home destination"

"Facilities are dated and a bit dingy. Bed was hard as rock and the pillows were basically cotton stuffed with oxygen. Room was fine but the chair and carpet were dingy and old. Overall a fine place for a night but could use some cleaning and updating. Also, there is no elevator so be aware of that if you require one for whatever reason."

"We stayed there for couple of nights, everything was great!!! The room was clean, and comfortable, the front desk outstanding. Mr Paul checked us in, helped us correcting a mistake I made on line, came at my breakfast table to ask me how everything was, if I was satisfied. Mr Sanyaj, the manager was always present making sure all clients were satisfied. I left my jacket in the closet, and again they were very prompt in making sure the jacket would find its way back to me. I strongly suggest this hotel for your stop in Ardmore. We will be back."

"We didn't use any of the amenities within the hotel but we did eat breakfast , which provided a good assortment to choose from. My only complaint was having no coffee maker in the hotel room and the ripped carpet on the entryway floor. Everything else was nice."
