Hotel was great for Ramadan as it was near an amazing restaurant, very clean and fresh. Only downfall was they were building near by as in most places and there was alot of noises otherwise would if gave 5 star, there also isn't a reception area.

Pullman Zamzam Madina
Loved the customer service. Location is ideal. Cleanliness can be improved. Dishes were not cleaned properly and vacuuming the room seemed rushed. We noticed black mold in the washroom, shower ceiling. Breakfast can be improved.
