Disliked: Staff & service
Very bad check in. My reservation was in Rawdah but the stuff said it was sold out. So I need to go to other bulding that was not neer. I needed to take a taxy to go there. After I arrived in the other hotel. They said there is no reservation for me. then they found that i have a reservation.
