The pictures on the Expedia web site were not a true reflection of the condition of the property.
The Gym was in a sorry state and was very small.
The staff in the dining room at breakfast were not very friendly or helpful.

"Jumeirah Al Naseem is beyond exceptional. I would give it a 20 star rating if i could. During this trip, I also stayed at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray which was perfect and Jumeirah Saadiyat Island which was very modern and had amazing facilities, but Jumeirah Al Naseem combines all the best points of these ..."
