"Top notch hotel in the heart of downtown Asheville! Absolutely amazing front desk and overall staff. Truly a gem of a place that I’d highly recommend! The grove arcade and essentially all of the major areas of downtown are within a 1 mile radius. Great views of the mountains and a solid gym as well! There are so many nearby parking areas as well if you don’t want to pay the valet cost."

"Hotel was clean, breakfast was wonderful, evening reception was great. My only complaint is that the hotel allowed dogs. The couch in our room was covered in dog hair and we could could hear dogs barking in our room from down the hall. Overall, it was a great stay. I in the hall."

"The property is very dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was low. Parking was kind of a mess as the lot is tight. But the location was great and it suited our purposes and the price was great!"
