"The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."

Top Madison Heights Hotel Reviews

Hotel Troy, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Hotel Troy, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

10/10 Excellent
"I was very happy with my room. Everything worked. The AC allowed you to set your comfort zone. The supplies were full in the bathroom. The personnel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Oddly the toilet roll is very low to the ground and the shower head is very high. I couldn’t reach the shower head to adjust it, so the water you would spray beyond the glass door, I had the mat cover the shower lip to prevent overflow. I can’t say I’m a fan of the powdered creamer This was my first stay at a Wyndham location. Overall I was very happy. I had stayed at other chains and they were disappointing. Here there was no parking fees or excessive fees, it was room rate and taxes, additionally there was EV charging stations, which was helpful for other family members. Thank you."
