Completely remodeled executive townhouse perfect for work or pleasure. One block from lake access, grocery stores, banks and amazing restaurants. Five minutes to downtown Madison.
This smart home showcases a new kitchen and bathroom, cement countertops, 110-inch theater and amazing lower level with beautiful furnishings, and new mattresses. Bedrooms are on main floor, 2 steps to entrance (no railing), railing along stairs to lower level.
Includes a fenced backyard with fire pit, plenty of off-street parking. Two-night minimum stay required.
Great home base to explore the amazing city of Madison and the surrounding communities!

The house is great and the host is very easy to work with. Plenty of blankets and pillows which I appreciate. Fun restaurants within walking distance and not a far drive to Madison. We enjoyed our stay!

3.5/5.0 stars This is actually a duplex with the patio and backyard shared with neighbor. The “lower level” mentioned in description is also a basement. We would have appreciated knowing these facts before choosing to book this property for our trip. The first floor was well kept and very clean, with a nice kitchen and comfy living room furniture. There was a fun Badger theme throughout the place and a large dry erase to draw on. There was a constant odd musty smell, though it might be because it’s an older home. Nice location and quiet neighborhood which was close to everything.

This duplex was in a fantastic location for our trip to Madison. It’s on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. It is comfortably and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. This property was perfect for what we needed! We were in town for bodybuilding competition and needed fridge space and microwave. The beds were super comfortable after a long day on the stage and super accessible. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were super informative. Would highly recommend this property!!

The property was the perfect ‘home base’ for graduation weekend! The townhouse was clean, had everything we needed and easy to get to off the beltline. Ubers to campus were reasonable - even at peak. Only regret is that we didn’t find it six years ago! Thank you!
