"So I had initially attempted to book a three day stay and upon doing so I had a staff member interrupt me and stopped me and tell me that they didn’t have availability or reservation availability for Saturday and therefore she would have to charge me individually for the first night, which was Friday to Saturday that raised the cost from $111 for each night for three nights coming out to be a total $$416.16 after all the charges and taxes, etc. however, after she did that erroneously because there were reservations available on Saturday and I did have one and I stayed on Saturday. This drove the cost of my stay up to about $625. That was the cost of the king suite that I had been looking at initially over the double queen suite that I got so I opted for the double queen suite out of economy, thinking I’ll go with that for 410 over the king suite for 625 but because she did that she forced me into the double queen suite but got me to pay the 625 as if I had a king suite and the king suite comes with complementary breakfast so I would’ve known more about the breakfast. Had she not swindled me then when I tried to get anyone to rectify the situation Hotels.com staff concourse nobody was able to or would or could I’m not sure. Nonetheless my state was still quite enjoyable as always the concourse is an icon in Madison. It’s a definitely hotel that everybody should go to. If you’re here. I just advise you to not always trust some of the front desk associates make sure YOU KNOW"
