Single Family House on E Wash

This is a single family, small house, in the middle of it all. Located off of E Washington Ave, only 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the airport. Great proximity to just about everything. Close to the interstate for an easy in, easy out. There is a high end sleeper sofa and bar in the common area. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in the basement. Full bathroom with a shower. There is off street parking for around 3 cars. Not huge, but well appointed. Dry bar located in the living room, as well as a 4 seat dining table. Everything you need for a short or longer term rental. Great location!
