Great find

Beautiful farm/inn a 10 minute drive from downtown Madison. Spacious grounds with walking trails, gardens, barn with poultry. Stayed in the Orchard Room and very pleased. It was quiet and lovely, comfy bed and nice fluffy towels, new linens. Refrigerator stocked with water, milk soft drinks and a basket of snacks and coffee/tea. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

What a beautiful and comfortable lodging! Incredibly scenic setting with top notch service. The farmhouse was spacious and thoughtfully furnished, breakfast was amazing.

Farmhouse Inn was terrific. Host greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us a map tour of the 100 acre farm. She spruced up our room with healthy snacks, drinks, and two bouquet of fresh flowers in the room. The Americana room was as described newly finished with cold AC and new bedding. The view from the room was a garden view on one side and a open field with barn on the front. We watched peacocks, guinea, horses, goats, chickens, mules, ducks, and cows from the window. Bring your boots to get to the dock then enjoy a canoe or cayak ride while birding or fishing. WONDERFUL spot for a serenity walk of paddle. We would suggest this accommodation for anyone in this area.

Quiet, peaceful area. Facilitiy very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding every morning, as was the locally roasted coffee. Had some upgrading to the property going on but it didn't matter. Everyone was so friendly and helpful we weren't lacking anything.

Romantic Weekend

We visited for our anniversary celebration. Leslie (brand new owner) and Joanne took great care of us. The room had been renovated recently and was in great shape. The property is undergoing a 12-week renovation and will be completed in November. Leslie is making every effort to use locally produced products. The breakfasts were amazing and we will return!

Very classy in a farmhouse kind of way - staff was great, property and rooms were lovely. There was no ice and had a ladybug problem in the bathroom though. The breakfast was incredible. I would stay here again!

Farm not worth the money in Madison GA

Saw no one at check in. Provided map was poor. Said they had coffee and tea but none was present. Two dead bugs in the room. Killed 4 others. Barking dog during the night. Saw no one at breakfast. No breakfast provided of any type. Said they would have juice and coffee and continental items. There were two people present on staff but no one to help us. We were the only guests. Very disappointing. Stay away!!!
