This was by far this WORST IHG hotel I've ever been too. I get in around 5 pm EST after a long drive from Kentucky. I just want to shower and sleep. The front desk lady was very nice ! The cabin was beautiful inside and outside with an incredible clawfoot tub that was perfect for soaking. The upstairs was well laid out and stocked. Unfortunately, the heating units were unable to keep up with the cold weather and it was very cold.
