"We booked to stay at ITC Grand Chola for a friends wedding celebrations and were not disappointed. The hotels is spotless and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The service was second to none. The restaurants within the hotel were resonably priced and served delicious food. the breakfast covered all cuisines and was served from 0600hrs to 1030hrs so plenty of time to get there. There are 5 pools which look very cleaned and well maintained, however we didn't get to use these. The spa offers a great selection of treatments and I can recommend the massage!"

"The bathroom toilet seat was loose and broken. Switchboards were improper. Wifi constant disconnection. No towels provided or bathroom kit provided until asked on 2nd day. Towel hanger in bathroom is broken. No proper internet connectivity. "

The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay. Popular areas like T Nagar, Anna Nagar, and Marina Beach are accessible by cab within 40–50 minutes. There’s heavy traffic due to metro construction work. "
