Hotel Riu Plaza España
Excellent location in the city center with easy access to public transportation. Room was clean, nice and spacious. Hair dryer sucked, something to be improved. The view from the 360 restaurant and bar on the 27th floor was stunning.

Clean room but 310 is small and poorly designed with a large pillar in one area which takes up 10% of the room.

ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas
Disappointed that I had to call down to have them turn music off in an outside courtyard at 10:45 pm when nobody was outside and it was 7 degrees. I was offered a new room which would have caused me more discomfort than them turning off the music.

Only issue we had was our room was right next to the elevator and we heard the elevator going up and down at all times. Rarely was there much time the elevator wasn’t making noise.
