Bulky apartment ideal for two people. The rest area is integrated into the living room. It has a kitchenette and seating area. Independent bathroom. Air conditioning hot / cold.
Located in one of the most attractive tourist areas of the capital: MADRID RIO, where you can enjoy the terraces along the entire axis of Madrid RIO.
The studio is about fifteen minutes from the center of MADRID, either by subway or by bus lines. It is a quiet area that will allow you to fully enjoy the capital. You can also find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and terraces, where you can taste a varied cuisine. The widely commercial area has supermarkets, shops, laundry, hairdressers, and above all MADRID RIO, an axis of several kilometers that runs along the entire slope of the Manzanares River, along which you can find a large area for sports, reading, bike and any other outdoor activity.

Perfect choice for people visiting Madrid
We spent three nights in Madrid visiting friends. Perfect location. Easy walk to grocery, restaurants, shopping, sites and public transportation. Property very clean, bed comfortable, extremely well equipped. Safe area. Would definitely recommend.

Carlos met us upon our arrival. Gave us a brief orientation. The apartment is next door to a large supermarket and a small fruit stand. Convenient to bus and metro, although very walkable from the centro. Great place to stay in Madrid.

Comfortable and Quiet apartment
Enjoyed our stay! Unit is effectively on the top floor of the building and shares no walls with other units, so it's exceptionally quiet. While you have basically no views from the windows, that means no street noise. The sloped ceiling was no problem for me at 6'1". Loved having the excellent and inexpensive Mercadora supermarket in the building. Easy bus or subway to Central madrid, glitzy mall on next block and Chinatown within walking distance.

Perfect place for light travelers with 2 people.
My overall experience was amazing. Our plane had a significant delay and even with this issue they went out of their way to meet us at 12am. Such amazing hospitality and kindness... One less worry and overall the place is beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood is near a bunch of shops and mall so you don't have to worry about driving all over the place. Also, your very close to Centro where most all of the museums and attractions are... We're very sad we have to leave but look forward returning in the future.
