In our attic style Deluxe 4 Bedroom Apartment and 3 bathrooms facing Luchana Street you will find the idoneous space for the comfort of every guest. The fully equipped bathroom and kitchen will make you feel like home. The 4 bedrooms has two single beds each; the two of them in the attic style upper floor have sky views, and the other two in the lower floor have a dressing room and a balcony to the street. Good neighborhood. Okay place

Neighborhood is good, lots of restaurants & close subway access. Apartment was just okay-clean but spartan -like your son’s first apartment spartan. Broken chair, wobbly table, not one extra blanket & we never did figure out he to get the heat on ( my fault that I didn’t call to ask). All in all, it was a fine place to sleep & store your stuff….nothing more.

This would be great for groups of friends

Situated in a nice area of Madrid just a short distance from centre. Very spacious flat. Check in was easy and thankfully an elevator to floor. Plenty of space of a group stayed here. Plenty of places to eat out and nice shops close by. However we were just a last night stop Before leaving for home. Would be better if there was an oven as we got a pizza from nearby aldi then got home to see there was no way to bake it. Also housekeeping should check side table in upper bedroom as the leg is barely holding it up. No complaints jist observations. Should not put anyone off but maybe mention only a microwave in listing

Perfect location and great property.

At first i was skeptic about the phoned-in style of communication...im use to face to face meetup with the host. But communicating with the host company was very professional and prompt. It does lack that personal touch because you communicate through VRBO messaging system...instead of WhatsApp. But in our case, it worked out. First, the neighborhood location is perfect...it is close to a subway stop (bilbao) which easily connects you to all the spots you need to visit in madrid. The neighborhood itself is a good combination of local vibes and not too touristy...which is great because its quiet and less hectic. You really feel you are in a local neighborhood with locals in the shops. Great restaurants just around the corner...from highend to midlevel to fast food. Everything is within reach. Pharmacy and grocery stores are across the street...excellent location. the common Property itself could use some polish, the front door is a bit beaten up, and the whole place could use a remodel and paintjob.....but the unit itself is clean, modern, all the appliances were functional and new, bathrooms were all good. AC were also adequate...the 2nd floor can get hot but after you keep the AC running, it was fine. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing soap, and the host quickly provided new ones. The washer and dryer is a combo type...so, you can run laundry and dryer at the same time. Overall, i cant really complain about anything.... this is a good spot.

Madrid before our ElCamino walk

Property was as described….clean and as pictured.Area was great for walking and lots of nice places to eat. We were a 20 minute walk from The palace; and The famous chocolatier. Uber available but a little pricey.I will say, I did know or like that this VRBO uses another party to assist….Slow Suites was more than slow to answer my emails about check in; and we had to go through them to place credentials for check in. I did report this to VRBO.

We love the place! Two floors that’s really comfortable for 8 people. Each couple had own room to enjoy! Very nice area! So easy to walk from one place to another! We love Madrid! We are so lucky to find this place! Thumbs up. Highly recommended!

Stupendous location to the best part of Madrid

We were 5 adults and 3 children staying here for 3 nights in early April. We loved that it was steps to the Bilbao metro station and from bus lines going to the major museums. The neighborhood has more of a local vs tourist feel and that was special. Management was very accommodating to our need for more towels and an extra pillow. Comfy beds, loved the individual bedroom a/c units. We will return, and we are also sharing this location with our friends as a recommendation.
