Excellent location, central, woth variois shops and cafes around. The room was very good,spacious comfortable and quiet . The staff were very helpful and professional. Ee thoroughly enjoyed it and will recommend to anyone .

Noisy and rather basic apartments
This hotel has a good in old town centre location but very noisy bars etc which keep you awake. The photos on the website are misleading - the rooms look quite good in the photos, but they are getting very old and jaded. Everything was old in my room.. Very basic. I have been in better hostels than this :)

Comfortable stay near centre of Madrid
Chose this apartment because it is close to family we are visiting, but great central location, good transport. Friendly, hassle free check in, clean and comfortable.

Proper Location in city area although not in the heart of city. Cleanliness- not to good as all furniture very old and shower/ bath basin area of holders of shower handler for all rooms. All rooms with smell of old furniture smell.

A dollar store Hotel!
We had a Room 120, is a superior room! It's like a cave and very old! It's has private kitchenette like a restroom(Charges 5 Euros to use it/Day) and you have to pay 1 Euro every time to use safe in your room!!! and the beds were uncomfortable (mattresses and sheets very poor quality). Very outdated hotel! We enjoyed our trip in Madrid a lot, but the hotel was really disappointing! The location is great! But still we will never stay in this hotel again, because there are a lot of alternatives! Madrid is a beautiful City, but the hotel is very ugly and old!

It was and old furnished considered to be apartment... it was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The reception people were friendly, and they speak english. The wifi was really terrible, and they must work on that. The electricity wasn't very sufficient... every time i plug a charger, or an usb charging adapter it dies after a while. overall, i won't be staying there again, i would only because it has a great location. Fuencarral is awesome.

Hotel in a convenient location
The hotel is well placed in Madrid, right off a main street full of shops and eateries. It's a cross the road from a beautiful history museum and not far from the heart of Madrid. Was not impressed by the fact that the elevator starts on the first floor and the only way to get to it was up a flight of around 20 steps which was not easy with 2 suitcases. No help was offered by hotel staff which I found unusual. Other than that staff were very helpful with any requests including taxi bookings, sightseeing activities etc. Room was ok, spacious like an apartment but in need of updating. Some power outlets only work whilst a light is on and the WiFi cut out at midnight of the day I was checking out so when waking up in the morning I could not book an user or make my usual Skype calls and and to go downstairs to get access again. All in all a well suited location but room not so great.

Convenient hotel with spacious room
Our room was on the top floor, and luckily the hotels had lifts. The toilet was odd shaped and cramped, and a little bit dirty, but otherwise the room was good value for money. The location of the hotel was very central and very near the metro for further out trips. The room was also quite quiet.

Very nice studio hotel in the heart of Fuencarral
I arrived earlier than the check in time, was greeted by a nice man who verified my booking and stored my bags. In 2 hrs, during which I had lunch and strolled on the Gran Via, 10 min walking from the hotel, I got back, checked in. Everything during my 3-week stay was just as I expected. This is a hotel with small studio type rooms, which means you have a small kitchenette to store some food, warm things in the microwave, or make an omelet. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel could not be more perfect ! You are 14 min walking distance from Sol, 10 from Gran Via. There are many great eateries and shopping places on Fuencarral! All the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I stayed for a long time and I can say with all my heart that I would only return to this place! Safe, comfortable and convenient. If you speak a bit of Spanish, they will love you! I'm fluent and it obviously helped. They speak English, too.

Few days in Madrid
Nice neighborhood and good location. Breakfast is not in the restaurant of the hotel (it's a room service and the hotel provides only what they have available). You have to pay 5 eur more per day to use the kitchen that you see in the photos (something not mentioned in the reservation).

Older apartments but freshly painted. Sufficient furniture in a large room. Across the street from the Madrid history museum, above a bank ATM, near market and grocery store, very near subway with good connection to airport (subway doesn't start until 6:00), and near walking street all the way to Puerta del Sol lined with stores and restaurants. Double, double-pane windows to block street noise, but you can hear guests in other apartments. Front desk was professional and helpful. Skip their breakfast.

o Banheiro e quarto não são exatamente o que as fotos mostram, pois o colchão não era bom , portas do roupeiro ruim, escuro e o banheiro péssimo. Por conforto e por ser um hotel 3 estrelas, precisa ser reavaliado. Por localização, muito legal.... :)

Apesar das acomodações serem amplas, o box do chuveiro era muito pequeno para alguém com 100 kg. Os lances de escada da rua até o hall dos elevadores não permitem desabilitados ou idosos com problema de locomoção chegarem aos elevadores. A garagem é muito apertada e não estava no preço. Os atendentes são cordiais mas alguns têm má vontade por não falarmos fluentemente o espanhol e inglês não entendem. Apesar de tudo, vale a pena o sacrifício pela ótima localização em Madrid.

No tiene lujos. Es un departamento suficiente para llegar a dormir. La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de lugares turísticos, centro y a un cuadra del metro que conecta a toda la ciudad, incluso estación del trenes, buses y aeropuerto

Hotel particulièrement vétuste. Lit tres dur et pas confortable. Malgre double vitrage beaucoup de bruit venant de l'extérieur. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout a la réalité. Niveau ménage le stricte minimum syndical. Le seul plus la géolocalisation .

Fatal!! Todo mal....
Pésima atención. Mala onda y el servicio fatal. La puerta del baño no cerraba, estaba rota. Tardaron dos días en cambiar una bombita y cuando se quemó la segunda y nos quedamos sin luz nos dijeron q era tarde y ya no había mantenimiento hasta el otro día. Ah! La televisión tan pequeña q no valía la pena ni encenderla. Nunca más!!!
