Great option in Madrid

Location was fantastic…. Walkable for main city attractions. Host was very responsive for questions and info. Apartment very well stocked with all you need for a few days. Would absolutely stay here again for all those reasons!

The person we rented the property from was very helpful. The property was well kept and clean, very close to everything. Dowtown Madrid and bus stops were within walking distance. We had an excellent stay

Our host, Israel was outstanding! He anticipated our questions from the moment we arrived, he knew exactly what we wanted to hear — his recommendations—- we loved both the Rincón de Asturias for dinner and El Brillante for lunch. The apartment after settling in felt like home. The amenities are top notch. It was so convenient to just step outside our front door to catch a cab, or walk down the street to shop for groceries and just Walking distance to many sights and eateries. Our host from the time we arrived made us feel very welcomed; always responding to our questions.Our stay in this apartment made our visit to Madrid so memorable, thank you.Marta and Carlos

Great location close to metro and buses and a short walk from Atocha train station. Excellent churrería and a municipal rec center (with indoor swimming pool) just down the street. Thoughtfully updated apartment (especially the new windows on Paseo de las Delicias, which insulate well from summer heat and street noise). As is true of most apartments in older buildings, this one comes with a few quirks. The host, however, is super responsive. The apartment has many nice touches for children (Disney-themed bedding; games and puzzles). Our granddaughters loved standing on the balconies, singing at the top of their lungs to the indifferent traffic below.
