Lagunaria is a spectacular newly renovated and fully furnished apartment. Located on the 13th floor of an emblematic building, from the terrace you can enjoy views of the Retiro (located 450m away) and the Sierra de Madrid.

Lagunaria has 1 bedroom, 1 office equipped with a lifting table, ergonomic chair and screen, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and kitchenware. There are built-in wardrobes in all rooms. The apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. All rooms have a ducted air conditioning system (DAIKIN).

The apartment has a doorman and a seasonal pool for the use and enjoyment of the residents of the property (with extra cost).

Great stay

The property was modern and we were very comfortable there when working and relaxing. We could get help from the property manager when we needed it. We loved the local area, the proximity to the park and the great local restaurants.
