The apartment is a beautiful duplex apartment (on two levels) with modern decoration. Two bedrooms with double beds on the upper floor and access via a spiral staircase. On the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed and a 50” Smart TV. With a fully equipped American-style kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. Wifi, heating and air conditioning.
Excellent location very close to Calle Bravo Murillo. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything that the capital of Madrid can offer.
Metro Tetuán Line 1 direct to (Malasaña) Bilbao – Tribunal – (Center) Gran Vía - Puerta del Sol - Lavapiés - Atocha - Perfect location to get to know Madrid and very close to the AZCA business area, Paseo de la Castellana – Plaza Cuzco, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and the commercial Calle Orense.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Access to the rooms is via a spiral staircase as shown in the photographs. These stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Reservations of up to 8 people, including adults and children, are accepted. Guests must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation.
There are no cots or extra beds available. All bedrooms have wardrobes, hangers, table lamps and USB chargers.
The living room has a 50 smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, complete kitchen utensils, cutlery set, plates, glasses x8...
There is a washing machine that can be used at no extra cost and you will find a folding clothesline, iron and ironing board.
In the bathroom there is a towel, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

The house is close to the main street Bravo Murillo and with a strategic location next to the Tetuán metro (line 1- Blue).

10-15 min. to the Center (Gran Via, Puerta del Sol...) or Malasaña (Bilbao, Tribunal…) – Direct connection with the blue metro line 1
9-10 min. Uber/Taxi to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium
3-4 min. Uber/Taxi to Calle Orense
6-7 min. Uber/Taxi Plaza Castilla, Paseo de la Castellana – Plaza de Cuzco and Cuatro Caminos metro.
In Cuatro Caminos there are connections with metro lines 1 (blue), 2 (red) and 6 (grey). And a city bus station on the surface that allows us to get to any area of Madrid.
3-4 min. (Walking) to Calle Bravo Murillo, Tetuán metro
7-8 min Uber/Taxi Nuevos Ministerios metro direct connection to Barajas – Adolfo Suarez Airport. Metro lines 6, 8 and 10, bus station and medium-distance trains (commuter trains) to move around the entire Community of Madrid.
