Older facility with stairs, with a lift available. Clean and quiet, we had an en-suite and a small kitchenette staff friendly but do not speak English. Convenient location, near Gran Via.

Nice location

The stay was pleasant overall. Great location - some of the most popular sightseeing is just 15-20 min walk away (e.g., Prado Museum, Royal Palace of Madrid, Mercado de San Miguel, and others). Located on a shopping street but the noise from the streets can't be heard and doesn't disturb sleep or relaxation during the day. The only cons: The walls are so thin that you can hear noises and conversations from the next rooms, but if you have a tight sleep as I do, it won't disturb you. It was a bit hard to communicate with the host because none of the staff spoke basic English, and all the communication was in Spanish. Luckily, somehow I figured out what I was told. And it was a bit cold during the night. I'm sure I'd be more than happy to stay there during another trip to Madrid.

Ubicación excelente, limpieza perfecta, debería poderse regular la calefacción de la habitación, porque en invierno en Madrid hace frío, y en la habitación podría hacer mejor. No conseguí que se viera la TV.

Camera piccola con finestra affacciata sulle mura interne. Bagno claustrofobico dalle dimensioni ridicole e senza finestra. Struttura molto rumorosa fino all' alba (ma questo dipende dalla maleducazione dei suoi ospiti). Prezzo decisamente eccessivo per la tipologia dell' alloggio. Unica nota positiva è la zona in cui si trova, i numerosi negozi e la comodità rispetto ai mezzi e al centro.

Super location en friendly staff

Location is just perfect! It’s at the middle of the center. Easy by walk go to almost every sightseeing locations. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although they don’t speak any word of English. The room is fine with a seperate livingroom. The only thing for improvement are the shower and the lock of the door of the floor. The shower cabin is a bit old and leaks water, causing the bathroom floor to quickly become wet. The lock on the door of the floor sometimes does not work properly, so you sometimes cannot open the door with the key.

A 50 metri da Gran Via, comodo per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse. Pulito. Non c'è la colazione, ma la nostra camera, anche se piccolina era dorata di piccolo angolo cucina con lavandino, bollitore, microonde e tostapane. Personale gentile.

Nel cuore di Madrid

La zona in cui si trova l”alloggio è ottima da lì esci e a pochi passi hai la gran Via e da lì raggiungi a piedi o in autobus o metro qualsiasi zona di Madrid. L’accoglienza non è il massimo ma a confronto con la sistemazione della stanza e le condizioni può andare bene. Ci sono stata bene pulito organizzato suggerisco questo posto per me molto vantaggioso economicamente e sia per il confort e la posizione.

comodità massima

la posizione non può essere migliore, essendo la via pedonale con innumerevoli negozi e con tutti i servizi: all'incrocio con la Gran Via, che è a pochi passi c'è la fermata della metro Gran Via, e quella dei bus, incluso lo 001 che è gratuito e passa per plaza Cibeles, il paseo del Prado, e la stazione di Atocha da un lato e dall'altra arriva a la plaza d'España. Sia il museo del Prado che la plaza d'España sono raggiungibili anche a piedi con una gradevole passaggiata, ma l'autobus gratis fa molto comodo. Il passeggio nella pedonale è rumoroso, ma non si sente nulla una volta chiusi i vari strati di imposte in dotazione al balconcino. Numerosi i ristoranti e i bar nell'area, e vi sono pure numerosi supermercati, incluso quello del corte Ingles, e un Carrefour express aperto fino alle 24. Occorre essere consapevoli che il servizio di recepcion è minimale e ubicato in un altro piano. Si entra con le chiavi dei due portoni quindi è sicuro ugualmente. Il wi fi funzionava bene e c'è un servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito.
