The apartment is on the third floor WITH ELEVATOR of a building declared of cultural interest and has been recently renovated. The flat is silent, spacious and with lots of ligh and charm. It was completely renovated in 2020 and is furnished and equipped with great detail and quality materials, so you do not miss anything and feel at home from
Services and common areas
The apartment is composed of:
- A spacious living room and dining area.
- Master bedroom with super comfortable bed of 160 and charm * 200, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom..
-Second room with trundle bed (90 * 200), closet and desk
- Kitchen with with breakfast desk and equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, including ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
- A second spacious bathroom.
- Air conditioning (only in the lounge)
Of course, there is Wi-Fi in the flat.
During your stay we will provide two sets of towels per person and bedding. You will also find an iron, hair dryer and other items for a pleasant stay.
Attention to the guests
The day of your arrival we will receive you personally whenever you arrive during our office hours (from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). If you arrive later than 6:30 p.m., your entrance will be organized with a taxi driver we trust who will leave you installed in the apartment. The next morning we will come to greet you and answer any questions you may have about your stay.
