Surrounded by cinemas, theatres, shops, restaurants and the city's main tourist attractions, it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy Madrid to the fullest.

External, practical and functional apartment of 43 m2 ideal for up to 4 people and fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



It is located on the first floor of the building and does not have a lift.



The bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, space to store your belongings, television, electric radiator and ceiling fan.



Also in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two people, television, air conditioning with cold/heat split system and ceiling fan.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, bath gel and hairdryer. We have installed an electric hand dryer for greater comfort and hygiene instead of hand towels.

We provide one bath towel per guest which you can find on the bed.



Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; please use it responsibly for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable clothes line and iron.



You will also find a comfortable dining area.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!
