From my experience with this company and my living in the apartment managed by them... the apartment is wonderful, the location is very beautiful, and all the services are close to you, and what is most wonderful is the treatment of the employees and their quick response to our requests as their clients, so I say thank you to them with all my heart.

Charming Apartment

The unit itself was lovely. We just had problems opening the door when we arrived—it stuck a bit. I think you need to push on it a bit to get it to unlock. The process of booking the unit was a bit confusing. It was one thing on VRBO, and then I was getting private emails requesting more funds. They list the property as being pet-friendly, but they prefer one dog under 5 kg. That may be more of an issue with how VRBO allows them to share information about the unit.

Do not book this place! So many things about this listing are misrepresented. 1st, this place uses VRBo to get you to book but then requires everything to be paid thru a 3rd party site. Next, the communication from the host is not timely or effective at all. After booking, my card was never charged for anything but the VRBo fee (which now I know why). When I sent a message to the host asking when my card (weeks before my trip) would be charged, I never received a reply. After I was in country, I received an email asking us to bring cash or pay through a 3rd party site. The day before arriving, I contacted the host with our approximate arrival time, under the assumption check- in was at 3pm (as stated in the listing). Additionally, I asked about parking since it was in the listing. I didn't hear back on this until we arrived in Madrid. At that time, I was told the parking spot would cost (this was not in the listing). Next, I was told to contact a different #. After almsot 2 hours and lack of effective/efficient communication, I was afraid it was a complete scam so I tried to cancel and was complelled to find another place to stay. These were the highlights of the issues and not an all inclusive list. I just got back home and will be filing a complaint.
