This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Great!!! Beautiful and easy!

The location is excellent, close to restaurants, groceries, subway stations and many attractions. The apartment is even nicer than the photos, quite although on a busy street, clean , with everything you may need and more like the welcoming bottle of wine, chocolates ,water. The check-in is easy and communication with the staff smooth, Raquel was very helpful from the start. We had a beautiful experience in Madrid and our staying at Cava Baja Suites greatly contributed to that. Highly recommend it and definitely planning to come back! We liked everything!😊

Location , Location, Location

The sound proof of the unit is very good . Considering the first floor facing busy street the noise was minimum. The well dotación of the amenities inside the unit is very good and well done Lo y entrance could be more clean and decorated
