Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Es el lugar perfecto para explorar Madrid, con un ambiente lleno de vida y una energía increíble. El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos: bonito, limpio y muy bien cuidado. Nos sorprendió lo tranquilo que es a pesar de estar en una de las zonas más animadas de la ciudad. La cama era muy cómoda y el baño impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable. Estás a un paso de todo lo que La Latina tiene para ofrecer: bares de tapas, restaurantes con terrazas encantadoras y tiendas únicas. Además, se puede ir andando a muchos de los puntos de interés principales como la Plaza Mayor y el Palacio Real. Raquel fue muy atenta y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. Nos dio consejos excelentes. Su hospitalidad hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid. ¡Lo recomendamos al 100%!

Esta todo perfecto. La ubicación: cerca de todo, centro, parada de metro (La Latina), unos lockers por si necesitas dejar las maletas el dia de la salida, supermercados, restaurantes,.. El trato del personal: aunque es todo por WhatsApp nos sentimos atendidos en todo momento, te avisan con antelación de las claves e instrucciones de acceso, responden de inmediato a cualquier duda que tengas,... El apartamento: tenía todo lo necesario que puedas necesitar, recién reformado, cocina completa (cafetera, tostadora, exprimidor, microondas, plancha,...ademas estaba super limpio, y tienes un kid bienvenida (cava y trufas de chocolate) que te sorprende. Nada. Todo fue genial.

Struttura centralissima a due passi dai punti principale della città e dallla fermata della metro ( a piedi in traslata si raggiunge tutto) . Raquel ci ha contattato qualche giorno prima della partenza , rendendosi disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e spiegandoci tutti i particolari della struttura . Consiglio di prenotare il taxi tramite i contatti della struttura, efficienti e a prezzi più bassi. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto, microonde , phon, macchina del caffè, detergenti per il bagno, shampoo e doccia schiuma. E’ possibile cucinare nella struttura , dotata di piano a induzione , piatti , bicchieri e pentolame. Al nostro arrivo , in tarda serata , abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto , molto gradito vista l’ora tarda. Erano presenti alcune cialde per il caffè , delle bustine di the, sufficiente per le prime giornate di soggiorno . Si consiglia assolutamente Nulla
