Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Perfectly situated near all the tapa bars on Cava Baja. Supermarket just round the corner. Some people may not like the noise outside on an evening but we didnt find it a problem at all.

Such a wonderful layout for an apartment. We had plenty of space, a couch, kitchen, and nice windows/balcony. The staff are tremendously accommodating and went the extra mile to be helpful and kind. I highly recommend CavaBaja. There's not much to not like, other than the noise from the floor above was a bit much at times, but other than that all was well..

Great spot for central Madrid. Everything was perfect. The only issue is you can hear the hallway from the bed and so sometimes people get out of the elevatorgo up and down the stairs and you hear them. But I barely noticed it.

I would stay here again!

The apartment was so cute and clean! I loved the balcony. I loved the location. The shower works amazing. I loved that we had some little treats left for us in the fridge! So nice after 18 hours of travel. The communication was TOP NOTCH! I was worried about staying in a place where I didn't know the language but it was NO PROBLEM. I would tell EVERYONE to stay here!
