Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Beautiful little apartment! The neighbourhood is wonderful, and surprisingly quiet at night. Our host was very responsive and kind. The place also has little touches that you appreciate when travelling - a spacious shower, places to put toiletries, good lighting, excellent air-conditioning and an easy entry&#47exit system. Highly recommended! Nothing.

Ein sehr schönes und zentrales Apartement im Herzen von Madrid (auch für Familien geeignet).

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum (in der Nähe der Metro und vieler Restaurants und Bars), bequeme Betten, ruhig (weil gut isoliert) und schön sowie praktisch eingerichtet, außerdem sauber. Das Stiegenhaus war etwas zu schmutzig! Leider haben wir die netten Besitzer (nur online Check-In möglich) nicht kennen gelernt.

Die Wohnung war klein aber fein, für 3 Tage war die Wohnung perfekt für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern. Für eine längere Zeit wäre es schwierig geworden aus den Koffern zu leben, denn es hatte keine Schränke. Für 3 Tage ging das aber sehr gut.
