Everything was excellent. The key was very easy to collect, and the apartment was spotless and well maintained. The location is perfect—close to most of the main attractions and surrounded by great tavernas. The host was always available and communicated perfectly, from arranging the taxi to organizing secure luggage storage when our flight was late in the evening. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful courtesy details they provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

La Latina is a great neighborhood, with excellent tapas bars and restaurants just a short walk from the apartment. Despite the vibrant surroundings, the apartment itself is quiet. The space is compact and efficiently designed. The electronic key system is very convenient, and the apartment is newly renovated with a spacious and modern bathroom. Thoughtful details like shampoo, olive oil, sugar, and some coffee pods were provided. The apartment can be completely darkened by closing the blinds. The host was responsive, kind, and proactive throughout the stay. I have no negatives to comment on. Highly recommend!

Me.senti em um hotel 5 estrelas!! Tinha muita preocupação com o frio, mas o local é super aquecido, com água quente a vontade. Ganhamos vários mimos, como espumante, cafés, biscoitos. A localização é excelente, eu estava com meu pai de 82 anos e meu marido que tem limitações para caminhar, então foi importante ter tudo perto. O local nao tem barulho, fiquei de frente para a rua. Perto do local tem onde deixar as malas, usamos e ganhamos descontos. Tudo estava igual as fotos.

Понравилось всё, месторасположение прекрасное, рядом множество достопримечательностей, ресторанов, кафе! В апартаментах всё было чисто, уютно, удобно! Особенно порадовал кондиционер, так как на улице было +34! Стаканы, бокалы чистейшие, посуда, всё, что надо, кофемашина, тостер! В общем оборудовано по полной, новая губка для посуды, это отдельный плюс! ( тряпочку со стола, можно тоже менять)Удобные матрасы, чистейшее белое белье! А какой нас ждал комплимент от хозяина: конфеты, вкусное шампанское и вода, что лучше может быть в отпуске! Спасибо большое за вашу заботу! Понравилось всё!

Ubicación. Limpieza. Silencio. Aire acondicionado. Utensilios de cocina. Balcón con vistas. Cama y sofá/cama muy cómodos. Pero, sobre todo, la amabilidad, cercanía y eficiencia de Raquel, que siempre estuvo en comunicación con nosotros para ayudarnos en nuestra estancia. Este depto tiene casi todo lo que uno busca cuando viaja, buen acceso, comodidad, buen barrio, buen aire acondicionado. Una muy buena comunicación con la encargada del depto. Nos reservo el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto. Una de las cosas mejor valoradas fue lo céntrico de este lugar, casi todas los lugares de intereses están a una distancia caminable y eso se agradece. 100% recomendable.

Caja Baja Suites é excelente!!

O espaço é muito bem localizado, bem no centro histórico mas com janelas com boa vedação, de modo que o barulho e o burburinho não incomodam. As instalações são novas, apesar do prédio do século XVII e tem tudo para o melhor conforto, cozinha bem equipada com um kit de temperos básicos a mão e eletrodomésticos. Fomos muito bem recebidos com café, bolinhos e biscoitinhos, e uma garrafa geladinha de água. O check in foi todo on line e recebemos o código para a porta principal e da porta do apartamento antes de nossa chegada, após pagar a caução. Fiquei em contato todo o tempo com a responsável pelo espaço que nos permitiu fazer o check in mais cêdo. Em nenhum momento houve algum inconveniente. Tudo muito fácil de seguir e de acessar. O espaço é muito funcional e serviu bem as 3 amigas. O sofá cama era fácil de montar e desmontar e oferecia conforto. O banheiro tem um chuveiro maravilhoso.A localização próxima a metrô, ônibus, tuck tuck, restaurantes, atrações como a Placa Mayor, dentre outras. Chegamos em meio a festa de San Isidro, e tivemos uma boa acolhida e impressão. Madrid estava uma festa. Tão logo deixamos o espaço, tivemos nossa caução estornada em 48 horas. Acomodação excelente.
