    This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Our stay was amazing! The building is an over 300 year-old building that’s been renovated and the rooms are super cute. The location is also great because it’s close enough to all the things you want to see yet on a small and quaint street with small local restaurants away from all the busyness.

It was very easy to check in and get into the apartment. The organising of a taxi is very helpful. La Latina is my favourite area of Madrid, so much to do in walking distance. We love Madrid and we will look to return again!

Great place to stay in Madrid. Had everything our family needed for a few days trip. The apartment is newly refurbished and very clean, super helpful host. And the location is the best! Clean, central and homely!

The apartment was very clean, bigger than expected and when you walked in, it felt like a sweet little home. The location was very central and yet it was very quiet in the apartment due to the small side street and well-insulated windows. The hosts were always available and very nice.
