Get off at Avenida de Américastation and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Pacíficoand transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

Get off at Avenida de Américaand walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Cuatro Caminosand transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna.

Get off at Avenida de Américaand walk to the provided address.

THE FINE PRINT

-Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please make sure to request it by contacting the host in advance of your arrival.

-Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

-Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant must sign a short-term rental agreement. This contract will respect the original terms of your reservation and must include the rental period, clearly stating that the rental is not for permanent residence or habitual use. It must also include the tenant’s permanent address and the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if you make your booking on the same day as your arrival, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
