Bohemian Lavapies - 2 Bedroom apartment: Two-level apartment in the Lavapiés neighborhood.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features a spacious living area, as well as one bedroom on the lower floor and another on the upper floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year round.
The living room is large and includes a television so you can enjoy a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
Please note that the ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms are lower than usual, so if you are tall, you may find it uncomfortable to stand in these areas. However, the living area has a very high ceiling, so the space does not feel cramped.
HOW TO MOVE
There are, a few minutes from the apartment, connections with the public transport system, allowing easy access to the city: Lavapiés Metro Station (Line 3) at 200 m. Tirso de Molina Metro Station (Line 1) at 300 m. Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) and Cercanías Renfe at 900m. and Atocha Station (15 min/1km on foot).

The apartment was very spacious and nice. Liked the balcony. The upstairs had short ceilings but my shorter friends stayed up there. I would not be able to stay up there.
