We had a beautiful stay at this place. Bea/Juan were very helpful and attentive. My family and I had been in a lot of travels and stayed in different places and I have to say that this is one of the best. Customer service is top tier. They were kind to meet all of our requests. Definitely recommended! If I can give them 10 stars I would!

Thr apartment was clean and equipped with all the basic necessities you might need for a few day stay. All the sights are walkable distance but not f you prefer using public transportation, stops are close as well. Entry to the apartment is with your phone so make sure you have internet and charge on your phone.

Great place!

Juan and Bea started communicating with right away and were patient with us as we struggled through uploading our documents. They continued to communicate with us during our whole time while in Madrid. They were extremely helpful. The lace is very clean and in a great location. You are walking distance to many stores, bars, and places to eat. The bus line and the Hop on Hop Off buses all have a stop right down the street with stops to the Sofia Museum, the Prado, and downtown Madrid. The place is supplied with everything you need. I can’t say enough about how perfect this place was for us.

Loved this property. Just a few glitches with the electronic lock not working and not having a physical key to get in. Otherwise, contacting the property managers- Juan y Bea was always prompt and polite. I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend this place to others. Dave

The apartment is unhealthy, with animals on the mattress, the windows don't close... everything is dirty... what they show in the photos is a scam The people who said the own de apartment they doesn’t exist a person from another country answer you question but the didn’t resolved anything I summit a protest at Madrid tourism office Expedia send us to Vrbo to follow up this matter But DO NOT go to this place it’s horrible

Nos encantó la ubicación, el estado de las cosas y la limpieza, lo único que encontramos negaticvo es que es muy tarde el check in y teniendo la opci{on de depositar las maletas un poco antes, teniendo en cuenta que ibamos con un beb{e, nos advertieron que incluso por unos minutos habr{ia un costo adicional.

Apartamento perfecto para conocer la ciudad con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estancia. Lo mejor la ubicación con 2 estaciones de metro muy cercanas para moverse sin problemas. El barrio La Latina esta muy vivo, con muchas opciones de restauración y diversión cercanas. Totalmente recomendado y repetiremos si surge la ocasión

Se trata de apartamento pequeño. Pero que cumple con todo lo necesario para un viaje de 4 noches como el nuestro. Tuvimos un poco de lío con la aplicación de la cerradura electrónica pero una vez solventada,todo fue perfecto. La limpieza muy correcta. Lo peor fue el sofá cama, se desmontaba bien para dormir pero para montar el sofá fue más complicado.Por lo que me quedó desmontado los 5 días con el incordio que supone en un espacio tan pequeño. Por el resto todo muy bien. Bien ubicado, con opciones de bus y metro además de estar en la zona próxima a la Plaza Mayor y Palacio Real. Muy recomendable, pero la próxima vez procuraré coger dos dormitorios, porque con dos niños se hace muy pequeño y claustrofóbico.
