The apartment was easy to locate and access, with a convenient contactless check-in process. The space itself was beautiful, spacious, well-designed, and luxurious. It featured a full-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom, all of which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few issues that impacted the overall experience. Before check-in, I specifically reached out to confirm that the air conditioning was fully functional, as I’m aware that in some parts of Spain, AC systems may be centrally controlled or turned off seasonally. I was assured that the AC was in perfect working condition. Upon arrival, the apartment was quite warm (around 75°F outside, but noticeably hotter inside). There were two AC units, one in the bedroom area and one in the living/kitchen area, but neither worked. One remote was missing batteries, and when I contacted the host, I was advised to purchase batteries myself, which is not something guests should be expected to do while on vacation. The host also mentioned that someone would come the following morning to resolve the issue, but no one ever arrived. As a result, we had to spend two nights in an uncomfortably warm apartment. Additionally, the body wash in the shower was empty, which was another inconvenience. Overall, the apartment has great potential and is in a fantastic location, but the issues mentioned above, especially those that were previously confirmed and then not addressed, made the stay less enjoyable
