Avoid at all costs - the flat Nextdoor was undergoing full demolition and we had to leave daily 9-6pm just to avoid the crazy shaking walls and noise (you couldn’t even talk properly without shouting to hear the other person), the agency workers are completely incompetent they don’t reply and ignore your messages. The locks have been changed mid stay and we were not given any notice nor codes to enter back. The terrace was full of random broken objects and torn apart dirty furniture. Above everything - someone has entered our apartment during our stay and stolen our luggage and food. When I asked the agency for answers they said they’ll be looking into this however they have completely ghosted me for the last three weeks, so I assume we have lost our belongings forever. This shouldn’t be legal and allowed - places like this should be reported to the local authorities and it’s very sad you’re tricking people from abroad.

Stay away from this property and company! The flat Nextdoor was undergoing complete demolition and was unbearable to be inside - we literally had to leave daily 9am 6pm as the walls were shaking and moving. We were also given the wrong apartment - communication with the Homeclub team was beyond disrespectful and inefficient, they offered us 5% discount for the noise haha. In addition, midway our stay the locks of the flats were changed without our knowledge, as well as the terrace and we were not given any access to it despite being advertised. The terrace itself looks like homeless shelter - furniture is completely torn apart. And finally, someone has randomly entered our flat while we were staying there and TOOK OUR LUGGAGE AND FOOD. We were explained that this was a genuine mistake! Imagine our shock - you rent a ‘luxurious’ apartment just to lose your belongings. The agency has never replied to me about any explanation or compensation for the lost items. AVOID!
