    Apartamentos Day Madrid welcomes you to this charming apartment, located in an unbeatable area just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the very heart of Madrid. Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid.



    We take care of every detail so that you feel at home from the very first moment. We look forward to welcoming you!.



    It is a practical and functional 33 m2 apartment ideal for up to three guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



    It is located on the third floor and the building has a lift.



    The bedroom is spacious, has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and space to store your belongings.



    In the living room you will find a comfortable single sofa bed, television and a small dining area.



    All the accommodation is equipped with split air conditioning hot/cold.



    You have a modern and spacious bathroom with hydro-massage shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

    We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



    The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



    The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 3 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



    The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Very Unimpressed

The property is in very poor decorative condition, filthy walls, baseboards and the place stinks of “drains”, pictures taken. The bathroom absolutely stinks so much so I had to plug the sink up with toilet tissue to stop the stench, I had to purchase a candle and other things to help mask it. It is also VERY noisy from other residents behind door “2”and lots of noise from above. In addition the building was doing some renovations and would start banging, drilling etc early morning for hours! Host was contacted and after I’d stayed in for 2.5 hours waiting on a plumber that should have arrived at 10am I was told they arrived and was told I was “working” and didn’t want to be disturbed - this was a complete lie, I was on vacation and completely wasted my time, the host did not even try to re-arrange another time or day to resolve the issue. Would not recommend to anyone! I have no idea where all the “external” reviews are that are boosting this to an 8.6 rating because I’ve looked and cannot find any. STAY AWAY……

Appartement tres bien situé

Mais loin de valoir le titre de confortable car le placard dans la chambre est vieux et abîmé. Dans la salle de douche il n y a pas d endroit ou poser son verre à dents il faut se servir du dessus de la machine à laver . Le canapé dans le coin cuisine est cassé et plus qu inconfortable . La vaisselle est chichement compté 3 articles de chaque et pas un de plus j ai acheté un petit saladier et meme pas une paire de ciseaux . Les fenetres sont difficiles a ouvrir et donnent toutes sur une cour intérieure très sale. Et une odeur d égout permanente qui se dégage de la salle de bains en permanence. Le seul et unique point positif c est su il est situé très près de la Gran Via et il est tres facile de se rendre à pied pour visiter les sites touristiques.
