I was within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. My room was clean, the staff were helpful, and I felt safe. I would recommend this to others and stay here again.

The place is super well located right on La Gran Via and that makes it a bit loud, but if you keep all shutters down will be better. It’s an old place where U can stay without great expectations, staff is friendly and I can’t tell U about the amenities because I didn’t use it. Ideal for a short stay no more than 2 days.

The hotel has a great location on the Gran Via. It sits within a block that houses other businesses with reception on the 6th floor. My room was small and basic, but was clean with an excellent shower. Small balcony did over some excellent views over the city. I didnt take up the offer of breakfast so cant comment on how good this was. Useful facility to check in and out online which helped speed up the process.

The room is clean, but small. The breakfast is average. The hotel is in a great location, the famous Calle Gran Via.

The room was too cold, the thermostat did not work. Thank God for the thick blankets. Checking in at night was scary. No coffee maker in the room. The morning staff was nice though.

This is a typical old style hotel for an urban centre in Spain. Small room but quite adequately equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. The location is excellent and it was accessible vis a bus or walking (40 minutes) to the train station. I would stay there again.

Very convenient. Just along Gran Via! It's where the action is. Lovely, lively place to be. We have great view from the balcony. Wide space. Great food selection for breakfast. Top with great view of the city as you dine.

Located in the middle of the busiest area of Madrid. You don’t even need public transportation to get around. Shopping, sightseeing, museums and nightlife is all in less than 20 minutes walking distance. The Hotel is clean and quiet. If you don’t need a concierge service and a pool, this is perfect to just sleep and shower. I will stay there again during my next visit in Madrid.

In the midst of a two-month European ramble, the Rincon was a terrific spot for my Madrid stay. About a one-minute walk from the metro station at Plaza Espana, on the Gran Via, the location is absolutely terrific. Check-in was a breeze (front desk is on the 6th floor, just left of the elevator), and the staff there were very nice and helpful, their english was much better than my español. The room was very good for the price, go with a balcony street room. Overall, a very good place to stay in Madrid.

This place is pretty difficult to find. no signs that help you find where the hotel is, and the lobby office is usually empty. Walls are paper thin, view is nice. The soap dispenser had no soap in it. Overall not a great hotel, and quite expensive. If I could go back in time I would book a different place.

Location was this property is excellent but I have to say room was not sound proof, you can hear noises from street and from the room next to us, also checkin was difficult I did my checking online thinking I would save time but I was wrong, I have to do it again and the actitud of the young Asian lady at the from desk doesn't help at all, very rude. Management of the hotel there is a lot of room for improvement in costumer service.

Conveniently located (metro, plazas, theaters, restaurants). It's also a commercial building, has a Medical Center where we even had our Covid-19 tests before flying back home. (40 euros ea. and results in less than 20 minutes). It's an old building so the elevators are small and slow. We would definitely look to stay again in this hotel.
