Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi. Good service at the hotel Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee. Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging. Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔 Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again.

Hassan and everyone in the front desk were super nice. Good thing about this property u have a mini grocery store and the metro system right next door. Anything for your needs, pharmacy neighborhood cafes etc. The taxis are always close by when u need them.

We were given two twin beds and couldn’t really sleep together. Staff was nice enough but we found the price too expensive for a night without breakfast. At Marriott for $10 we enjoyed amazing buffet breakfast.

Great stay!
Exceptional value, clean and secure. Quick train ride to sightsee. Would definitely stay there again. Madrid is beautiful.

Right next to the Renfe train station. You can take the train to Madrid every 30 mins and be there in 30 mins. Super safe town, people are so much nicer than in Madrid. The staff was somewhat indifferent, but I guess it’s cultural. Customer service is not to die for anywhere in Europe.

Good hotel with very kind staff. if you visit Madrid, is far from the city, but if Tres Cantos is your target, it is a great option

This was a very nice small hotel. I loved the patio area to sit and relax. We were on the 3rd floor no elevator but had a beautiful rooftop deck right off our room.

Just ok if you need to stay around this area
Had to stay in this area for business related purposes. TV was not working, shower sprays horizontaly towards the wall (not just in my room, we were three). Otherwise service was ok and room proper according to the price.

The staff is very friendly but I think the room comfort, size and decoration is below the average for a 4 * hotel. Good location for Tres Cantos local amenities, and besides the train station to go to Madrid downtown.

Great place
I stayed one night in this hotel. It's clean, quiet and located in nice area 200 m away from the train station Tres Cantos which takes you straight to the city centre, there's also a super market next to it. Everything was perfect except the breakfast compare to the hotel itself as 4 stars hotel the breakfast was not that good.

Overcharged for 2nd guest. Room smelled of smoke.
I was overcharged for a second guest when checking into the Hotel. Initially I booked the hotel with 1 person by mistake. To book at 2 person room would have cost 4 euros more. But they decided they would charge me 15 euros more instead at the time of check-in. I double checked to see that the online prices hadn't changed - and they hadn't. I felt taken advantage of. The hotel clerk wasn't very friendly with me when I inquired about the price difference. The room also smelled like smoke when I arrived.

Good hotel for business in town near Madrid
It was a quick cab ride to the hotel (30 Euros). There is a supermarket next door and the metro stop next to that. The metro is about 8 stops to the heart of Madrid, (Sol is the station). I had business in Tres Cantos, which was about 15 minutes. Nice breakfast that came with the room. Nice choices for dinner. The room was very warm, but this is common for European hotels when the seasons are changing. Strange shower. I had to be careful not to get the floor wet since the glass door only covered half the shower/bath.

Clean quiet hotel with friendly staff
This hotel is clean and quiet with good amenities. The staff was friendly and efficient in a low-key way. I had booked it without realizing how far it is from the Madrid center, but that is my fault. The only real problem is that the wifi was unreliable -- it kept cutting out briefly every three minutes or so.

I was at tres cantos for business and stayed at this hotel for a night. Great hotel. Nice and modern with friendly staff. Right next to the train station. Will definitely stay here again if I travel to this place.

Beautiful and accessible
Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the days the towels were not changed nor was I provided with bath soap. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast room looked busy. I loved the fact that the Hotel was in a very safe and quiet area. My room had tall ceilings, a very large window and was very comfortable.

I was staying for 3 nights in the hotel. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. I was given a disabled room so only had a lowered shower. The room was spacious but my main complaint was that there was no internet signal in my room, so I could not use it. Meals were quite small but the quality was fine.

En general estuvo muy bien, pero la pega fue que siempre había un ruido de golpes en la 3ª planta por la noche, que espero que el hotel investigue y evite ya que puede ser molesto para el descanso.
