Not comfortable

Basement apartment with black mold in places. The WIFI listed in the apartment was not accurate. The TV channels did not come in clear. One of the kitchen chairs were broken, a light in the bathroom was hanging from wires and paint was peeled off the wall. The bedroom door handle came loose, didn’t engage the latch so we were locked in the bedroom until we figured out how to fix it. The host offered to send someone in the morning but didn’t follow up.

Pas vraiment le rêve madrilène !

Quartier tranquille, agréable et bien situé pour explorer Madrid mais ... Cet appartement défraichi est en sous sol d'une maison et trés humide (pas de ventilation dans la salle d'eau, pas d'ouverture dans une des chambres, la peinture se décolle, ...). L'équipement est très insuffisant (4 chaises dont une cassée, 3 bols pour 4, 1 tasse à café cassée pour 4, éclairage de la hotte HS, ...) et une minuscule table pour diner. Certains meubles tiennent par miracle (ou grâce au robinet de l'évier !) et l'électricité est parfois à nue ! Heureusement la literie est de bonne qualité. Conseil : si vous avez le choix, prenez une autre location !
