Vamos a ver, por que hay cosas que no se ajustan a la realidad: Que el hostal está a 30 minutos del centro es cierto, claro, ya lo podía ver en el mapa. Estamos relativamente cerca del aeropuerto y del recinto ferial Ifema. Es decir, estamos justo donde usted ha reservado. Le recuerdo que somos un hostal , el mas económico con muuuucha diferencia de la zona y para el precio que damos el servicio está acorde con el precio. Que no hay recepción ya se advierte a la hora de reservar y también que hay que ponerse en contacto con nosotros. No obstante estamos todas las mañanas para cual quier necesidad y si nos llaman no tardamos mas de 4 minutos en acudir. Sobre le ruido del bar, ellos tienen licencia hasta la una de la mañana. Puede haber ruido solo hasta esa hora. Por lo demás, siento que no haya sido de su agrado la estancia pero si en cinco días ustedes no dicen nada, es complicado poder remediar aquello que no esté correcto.

Vedremo. Se arrivavano di notte e per qualsiasi motivo le luci erano spente, dovevano solo chiamare uno qualsiasi dei numeri di contatto. Sono circa 12 i poster nella reception al primo piano tradotti in molte lingue compreso l'italiano con ogni tipo di informazione e recapito telefonico oltre che in ogni mail, non meno di tre, che hanno ricevuto dalla prenotazione con tutte le informazioni per contattare. SE c'è un problema, semplice come inviare un wasaop o una chiamata..Hanno ragione sull'aria, ce ne siamo già accorti e la squadra è già cambiata. Sono davvero dispiaciuto. Di solito lasciamo quella stanza a 25 gradi continuamente.Il check-out massimo è fino a 12 ore. Le ragazze bussano alle stanze per far loro sapere che mancano 30 minuti al loro tempo. SE dormono va bene perché così si svegliano e hanno il tempo di uscire senza fretta e se sono svegli che problema c'è? E se chiedono un po' più di cortesia, di solito la concedono. Come è avvenuto.In ogni caso, mi dispiace per l'aria condizionata e per questo mi scuso.
