ICON Casona 1900 is the ideal boutique hotel for a stay in Madrid. Great shopping and restaurants all around. The hotel is lovely; the rooms well appointed and spacious. Everything from the wonderful water pressure in the rain shower to the majestic breakfast buffet are top notch! We’ve stayed at ICON Casona multiple times, but all it will take is 1 time to fall in love with this gem of a hotel!

The overall reception lobby area was extremely clean and in order. Same for the elevator, corridor to the rooms and the room itself.

The staff went out their way to be helpful to when we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. Even offered and upgrade and a free cocktail. Hotel is lovely and elegant. Room has great amenities. Highly recommended.
